Delay condoned.

Having glanced through the statements of account, as reproduced in paragraph-14 of the order, sought to be impugned in this Appeal, prima facie, it appears that the quantification of the amount(s), refundable to Respondent No.1/Complainant or receivable by the Appellant from him, as claimed in the present Appeal, requires a relook by the Learned State Commission.

Accordingly, in order to avoid unnecessary harassment to the Respondents by issuing notices to them, we remit the matter back to the State Commission with a request to reconcile the statements of account, which are already on the record of the Execution Application, which is stated to be listed on 14.05.2018.

Let a copy of this order be issued dasti to Learned Counsel for the Appellant for being placed before the Learned State Commission.   

The Appeal stands disposed of in the above terms.
