Heard, both parties submitted that dispute between them is amicably settled out of court.  The complainant filed memo stating that he had received the product on 19/11/2020 from the opposite parties.  Hence the complainant is seeking permission to withdraw CC.189/2020 on the file of this Commission.  In view of the settlement the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint.  Accordingly this complaint is disposed off.
