This case considered in the Adalath held on 08/12/16. The complainant and the opposite parties were present. After discussions both the parties entered into a settlement of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only). The amount shall be paid by the 2nd opposite party on or before 01/02/17. After receiving the payment, complainant has to return the defective T.V. to the opposite parties.
