Today is fixed for exparte hearing should have been fixed for order and not for exparte order as the complainant was not taking step in this case. It appears from the last order sheet that a settlement was  made between the parties out of court. But no settlement was filed by the parties. So, complainant was given an opportunity to file a settlement . today is fixed for filing that settlement made between the parties out or court.
 Today the complainant is neither present nor has filed any settlement so ,it may be presumed that the complainant is not interested to proceed against the Ops. Accordingly, forum is inclined to dismiss the complain for non-prosecution. 
Hence it is ,
ORDERED
 That the complaint be dismissed for non-prosecution by the complainant.
