The complaint is allowed in part and the opponents are jointly and severally directed to refund the advance amount of RS.10,000/- to the complainant along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of payment i.e., from 7/2/2011 till the date of refund.

     The opponents are also jointly and severally directed to pay cost of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant.

     All the aforesaid amounts shall be paid to the complainant within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of  copy of this order.
