Both counsels present – Advocate for appellant files memorandum of compromise signed by both parties and submits that the matter is settled as per the terms of compromise and paid DD bearing No.077696 dt.16.02.2022 for Rs.4,09,799/- to the respondent and respondent reports the same.  In view of settlement, the appeal is disposed of.

The amount in deposit shall be payable to respondent.
