The case is posted today for appearance of complainant and file the presence status of this case. The complainant did not appear on repeated calls. The complainant has not appeared since 18.07.2007 . Hon’ble State Commission, Odisha, Cuttack in RP No. 63 of 2007 has been pleased to issue stay order. Since then, the case was pending awaiting for the order from Hon’ble State CDR Commission, Cuttack. As it is a year of old case, this Commission enquired & found that, the matter has been disposed of since  26.11.2019. Since then, due to non appearance of the parties the case is prolonging unnecessarily.

Under the above circumstances, the complaint case is dismissed as complainant is no more interested to proceed with this case.
