        Argument in this matter were heard finally and matter was fixed for consideration and after consideration complainant was enquiry with respect to the payment to the financer who has finance who has finance alleging the stolen vehicle. Thereafter complainant has not appear as well as not present on 23.02.23, 28.02.23, 06.03.2023, 13.03.2023 and 28.03.2023. Court notice was issued to the complainant which is received back with the report that ‘No such person at giving address’ it appears that the complainant is not interested in prosecute in the matter.

The matter is dismissed and default. File be consigned to  Record room.
