Vide order dated 13.4.2012 the revision petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/-. Petitioner has not deposited the costs within the prescribed period. Under these circumstances District Forum is directed to recover the costs from the petitioner in accordance with law and send its compliance report, within four weeks, thereafter.
