It is stated by learned counsel for both parties that, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as such, counsel for petitioner wants to withdraw this petition. It is further stated by counsel for the petitioner that amount lying deposited with the District Forum, in terms of order dated 26.5.2011 be released in favour of the petitioner for which respondent counsel has no objection. In view of the above statement given by learned counsel for the parties, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Amount lying deposited with the District Forum, if any, in terms of order dated 26.5.2011 passed by this Commission be released in favour of the petitioner. Dasti to both parties.
