The complaint was filed under section 35 of the consumer protection act, 2019. The complainant is absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite party is also absent and has no representation from their side. The case is posted for evidence of the complainant. The complainant is continuously absent since 18.06.2022. Hence, the commission issued notice to the complainant on 23.12.2022, for appearance and adduce evidence if any. The notice sent to the complainant is seen returned with an endorsement “left” as per the proof of the postal department. The complainant failed to appear before the commission even today. The complainant is not interested to proceed further. There is no scope in proceeding with the complaint.
Hence the complaint is closed as dismissed.
