The complaint was filed under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986. The complainant is also absent and has no representation from his side. The opposite party is also absent and has no representation from his side. The case is posted for evidence of the complainant. The Notice was sent to the complainant on 11.08.2022 and 08.11.2022. The above said notices are seen served as per the proof of the delivery of the Postal Department. The Commission has issued the notices to the complainant to appear and adduce evidence if any. No evidence adduced by the complainant till date. So many chances were given to the complainant to adduce evidence. The complainant is not interested to proceed further.

Hence the complaint is closed as the ‘default’ of the complainant.
