The learned Counsel appearing for the Parties have stated that the matter has amicably been settled between the Parties. The First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement. However, liberty is given to the Parties to file an Application for recall of this Order in the event any of the terms of the settlement is not complied with.

The Statutory amount deposited by the Appellant at the time of filing of the Appeal be returned to the Appellant along with accrued interest, if any, within four weeks from today.
