ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under: If complainant submits a letter in writing to the opposite party by RPAD expressing his willingness to terminate the contract within one month from the date of receipt of this order, the opposite party is directed to refund Rs.1,80,000/- with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of deposit till the date of repayment. If complainant fails to submit such letter, the complaint is deemed as dismissed and parties are governed by the provisions of Karnataka Urban Development Authorities Act 1987 Rules and regulations there under. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, parties to bear the costs. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
