ORDER

The parties have amicably  settled the matter. As per settlement the counsel for the complainant has received Rs.2200/- in cash from the counsel for Op No.2 towards full and final settlement of the case. In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant  has appended a note on the complaint that she withdraws the complaint.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
