Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise date 10.10.2015 which has been attested by this Forum on the same date. The OP is willing to pay a            Rs. 5, 000/-  to the complainant as against  full & final settlement of the complaint which is acceptable to the complainant on or before 07.11.2015. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, the case be dismissed as settled.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
