Bajrang Goyal Vs. MVDC

Present:       Sh. Devender Verma, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Opposite party no.1 already exparte.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that in the above matter due to non traceability of the correct address of opposite party no.2 he withdraws the present complaint and has sought permission to file the case afresh after getting correct address of opposite party no.2.

                   In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file the case afresh on finding of correct address of opposite party no.2.

                   Copy of this order shall be supplied to the complainant free of cost. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
