          None is present for the appellant. Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that though the appeal was filed on 19/2/2011, the appellant has not removed the objections recorded by the Registrar (Legal) on separate sheet of this appeal. Notice dated 13/12/2016 was also issued by this Commission to the appellant for removing the said objections. The said notice has been also duly served to the appellant as seen from the acknowledgment received duly signed  by the appellant. Moreover this Commission also issued notice to the concerned parties and their advocates on 3/2/2017 by displaying  the same on notice board  of this Commission for removing all objections within 15 days. However despite issuance of the notice and giving  ample opportunity to the appellant, the office objections are not removed till this date. We are therefore satisfied that the appellant is not interested in prosecution of the appeal. Hence appeal is dismissed in default.
