Complainant is absent.  Perused the complaint.  After perusal of the complaint, it is observed by this Commission that the dispute raised against the opposite party only due to personal dispute between the family of the complainant.  Therefore, the said dispute is not within the purview of the Consumer Protection Act. Hence, the complaint stands dismissed for want of jurisdiction at the stage of admission itself. Certified copy of this order be furnished to the complainant free of cost.
