This is a complaint praying to direct the opposite party:

1. to refund the advance amount of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only)
2. to pay the cost, and
3. the other item of compensation the court deem fit in this case.

On receipt of summon, the opposite party filed its reply version and case was posted for enquiry.

Today, when the complaint was called, the complainant absent, no representation made. The opposite party died. No steps taken by the complainant. Hence this complaint is dismissed for default. No cost.
