This a complaint filed under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act,1986 alleging deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties.
- The complainant called absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. The allegations are not proved.
