On 07.7.2006, petitioner had been directed to deposit 50% of the amount awarded before the District Forum Purulia.  The revision petition has been allowed by our order dated 17.5.2010.  Present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking refund of the amount which had been deposited by the petitioner.  Since the revision petition has been allowed and there is no outstanding demand from the petitioner, the District Forum is directed to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner, along with interest accrued thereon.  Misc. application stands disposed of.
