Final Order / Judgement

Record is placed before the National Lok Adalat as per order dated 13.12.2024 for settlement of the matter.

Both the parties are present. Heard both the sides as to settlement of the matter. It has been submitted for the OPs that  the OPs are ready to settle the matter at an amount of Rs.98,514/- and the complainant is also agreeable to accept the proposal of the OPs. A joint petition has been filed parties on 12.12.2024 with the prayer for disposal of the instant matter. Considered.

Seen the photocopy of online transaction receipt dated 13.12.2024 filed by the complainant on 13.12.2024 from which it appears that an amount of Rs.98,514/- has been paid by the OPs to the complainant on 13.12.2024 as per settlement. 

Having heard the parties present and submission of both the sides and the transaction document dated 13.12.2024, it appears that the matter has been settled.

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 399/2022 is settled and disposed of finally through the National Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
