Ld advocate for O.P is present .

Complainant was absent on 16/07/2015, 06/01/2016 , 01/04/2016 & 25/04/2016 without step.

Upon such on 01/04/2016 complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default fixing 25/04/2016 for filing show cause .

On 25/04/2016 the complainant was absent . However for the ends of justice the date was fixed for filing show cause on 09/05/2016.

Today i.e on 09/05/2016 complainant is still absent and not filed any show cause .

As such this Forum holds that complainant is reluctant to proceed with the case.

Upon such observation and considering the above facts and circumstances the case is dismissed for default.
