Today is fixed for admission hearing. Complainant side is found present. In course of hearing it is revealed that there is defect on the body of  the complaint petition as well as legal provision reflected. At this stage, the complainant side “not-pressed” the complaint petition.

As the complaint petition is “not-pressed”, this case is not admitted and it is dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the complainant to file the case afresh after curing defects.
