Since a complaint under section 12 (1)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in respect of this very project  being CC No.738 of 2015 is already pending, the application seeking permission to file this complaint under section 12 (1) (C) of the said Act is rejected.

The learned counsel for the complainants seeks to withdraw the complaint with liberty to seek impleadment in CC No.738 of 2015. The

complaint is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as sought is granted.
