Mr. Babanjeet Singh Mew, Learned Counsel, who represents the Opposite Party, states that the Opposite Party does not propose to file any affidavit relating to admission/denial of the documents and evidence, as the matter is squarely covered by an order dated 28.09.2018, passed by this Commission in Consumer Complaint No. 2103 of 2016 [Rajendera Beri & Son (HUF) v. M/s Unitech Ltd.] and other allied matters.

We, therefore, dispose of these Complaints finally in terms of the order dated 28.09.2018 passed in Consumer Complaint No. 2103 of 2016 and the directions given therein shall also be applicable in the present cases.
