ORDER

The wife and attorney of the complainant states that  the  pay order received by her from the opposite party has been encashed.

 

The order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, therefore, stands complied.

As regards copy of the Cancellation Deed, the learned counsel for the opposite party undertakes to send the same to the counsel for the complainant, as requested by her, by Regd. Post, within one week from today. The matter stands disposed of.
