ORDER

MA No. 527 of 2018 (Application for correction of order)

Heard the Complainant/Applicant, who has appeared in person.

Inadvertently, some typographical error has crept in para-2 and 5 of the order dated 06.07.2018, whereby the Complaint was partly allowed.

In view of the errors pointed out by the Complainant, the “words” appearing in para-2 of the order as “Flat No. 0002 in Block No. 83” and the “date” mentioned in the first table in para-5 of the said order as “10.12.24”, shall be read as “Flat No. 0002, Ground Floor in Block B3” and “10.12.14” respectively.

The Application stands disposed of accordingly.
