The learned counsel for the complainants on instructions seeks to withdraw the complaint on the ground that complainants have already sought impleadment in a complaint u/s. 12(1)(c) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 pertaining to the project in which allotment made to the complainants. 

The complaint is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
