Heard petitioner in person. 2. Learned State Commission vide impugned order adjourned hearing of the appeal on 16-05-2013 as main counsel was out of station and case was fixed for arguments on 26-11-2013, against which this revision petition has been filed. 3. Petitioner submitted that State Commission is unnecessarily adjourning the matter without recording reasons whereas appeal should have been decided within the period provided under the Act, hence revision petition be allowed and State Commission be directed to decide the appeal immediately. 4. Perusal of order reveals that matter was adjourned as main counsel was out of station and on 16-05-2013 proxy counsel appeared for the respondent. Presence of proxy counsel itself is sufficient ground for adjourning and no other reason was required to be mentioned while adjourning the appeal and we do not find any substance in the revision petition. 5. Consequently, revision petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed at admission stage with no order as to costs with observation that learned State Commission will hear appellant on the date already fixed and decide appeal in accordance with the law.
