The Complainant is absent on consecutive earlier four days

Dated 09.10.2017, 3.11.2017, 30.11.2017 and 15.12.2017 respectively. Show cause was issued against the Complainant but he also absent to day.

            This is a case for refund of down payment amounting to Rs.6,720/- for purchase of a Refrigerator amounting to Rs.56,000/-.

            At the time of filing this complaint, the Complainant filed only money receipt of Rs.6,720/- only. In spite of  giving sufficient opportunity, the Complainant being absent. We have no other alternative but to dismiss the case for default.

            Hence

                                                            Ordered

That the instant case be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.
