Mr. Sunil Malhotra, Counsel for the complainant, after arguing the matter for some time on the question of maintainability of the complaint before this Commission, seeks permission to withdraw the complaint with the liberty to the complainant to file the same before the appropriate Consumer Forum in accordance with law. The complaint as such is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. Four weekstime is granted to the complainant to file fresh complaint before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
