Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in deference to the suggestion made by the Bench on the last date of hearing that having regard to the facts of the case, the parties should try for an amicable settlement, the respondent company is willing to pay to the petitioners the amounts deposited by them with the respondent company along with interest @ 10%, as directed by the District Forum as full and final settlement.  In fact, learned counsel has brought six post-dated cheques in the total sum of `19,85,700/-.

Petitioner No.1 is present in person along with the counsel.  Petitioner No.2 happens to be his wife.  He states that the terms of settlement offered are acceptable to both of them as full and final settlement of the claim in the complaint.  The cheques have been handed over to him. 

In view of the above settlement, no further orders are call for in this Revision Petition as well as in F.A. No.2013/740, stated to be pending before the State Commission.  Both the cases stand disposed of accordingly.

Learned counsel for the respondent has assured us that all the cheques shall be duly honoured on presentation.
