Proxy counsel for the  petitioner is present.  She submits that a Memo  has been filed by the revision petitioner in which it has been submitted that subsequent to the filing of this revision petition, the respondent Bank has compromised the matter with the revision petitioner and full satisfaction was recorded. Hence, it has been prayed that this revision petition may be dismissed as ‘not pressed’.

In view of the memo filed by the revision petitioner and submission made by proxy counsel, revision petition stands dismissed as ‘not pressed’.
