After arguing the matter for some time, the counsel for the complainant seeks to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to amend the complaint by impleading the necessary insurance company from whom the opposite party had taken insurance to cover such an eventuality, as also to modify the valuation of the claim suitably so as to file the amended complaint before the concerned State Commission. We dismiss the present complaint on account of pecuniary jurisdiction with liberty to the complainant to file a fresh complaint incorporating the amendments which she seeks, within a period of four weeks from today. Needless to mention we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the complaint.
