The case is posted today for hearing as last chance. Advocate for the complainant is absent, no steps filed. Advocate for the O.P No.3 is absent, no steps filed. O.Ps No.1 & 2 are absent, no steps filed. On repeated calls, none respond on behalf of the complainant. Hence, hearing of the case could not be taken up. Perused the case record.

                                         In the present case, the O.P No.3 was appeared & filed w/v. As the notices against O.Ps No.1 & 2 were sufficient and they neither appeared nor filed w/v till yet, hence the O.Ps No.1 & 2 are set ex-parte. As it appears from the case record that the complainant remained absent since 23.03.20 to till today except 15.11.22, for which hearing of the case impaired and the valuable time of this Commission is being wasted. Considering the nature & conduct of the complainant, this Commission is of the view that the complaint of the complainant should be dismissed.   

                                         Accordingly, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non-prosecution of the case.
