1.       Learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that the appellant wishes to withdraw his instant appeal no. 580 of 2021. He further submits, on his own volition, that liberty be granted to file a fresh re-articulated appeal within 30 days. 

2.       The instant appeal no. 580 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh re-articulated appeal within 30 days. 

3.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the appeal and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission today itself.
