Learned counsel for the respondent on behalf of the respondent company has tendered a sum of Rs.1,01,993/- by way of demand draft in the name of the petitioner drawn at ICICI bank in full and final settlement of the claim of the petitioner.   Counsel for the petitioner has accepted the said draft in full and final settlement of the claim on behalf of the petitioner.  Counsel for the parties submit that in view of the above settlement, revision petition be disposed of.

In view of the above, revision petition is disposed of with the observation with the claim of the petitioner has been fully satisfied.
