Heard learned counsel for both sides. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that now the State Commission has started hearing their IA and the case is next posted on 25.11.2024 for orders. In view of this, he seeks permission to withdraw the FA. Accordingly, FA is dismissed as withdrawn.
