None is present on behalf of either side.  This day is fixed for filing reply to the show cause.  Revisionist is found missing on repeated calls, no step is taken from his side either.  It appears from the record that the Revisionist remained absent consecutively on the previous two occasions.  It is also noticed from the record that, despite taking due liberty to file affidavit of service in respect of both the Respondents, the Revisionist did not keep his word for which further progress of the Revision came to a standstill for long  It is clear from the conduct of the Revisionist that he is not at all sincere to pursue his Revision in a purposeful manner.  Accordingly, the Revision stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
