Counsel for the petitioner present.  Arguments Heard at length.  Counsel for the petitioner submits that even if he is not a ‘Consumer’ he should be permitted to file a Civil Suit as per law. 

Consequently, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

 Further liberty is given to the petitioner to file Civil Suit against the respondents as per law.
