Counsel for the complainant and Sridhar, Manager of OPPOSITE PARTY present. OPPOSITE PARTY files a Memo stating that they have credited a sum of Rs.37,06,849/- to the account of the complainant in respect of the matured FDs and they will pay the amount in respect of the unmatured FDs as and when the same matures.  Has also filed a list of the FDs which were matured and the amount credited and the FDs which are yet to be matured and the amount will be paid. Counsel for complainant files a Memo for withdrawal stating that the amount in respect of the matured FDs are received and they are ready to receive the remaining amount in respect of the pending FDs after their maturity. In terms of the same complaint is closed as withdrawn with a direction to the OPPOSITE PARTY to credit the amount in respect of the FDs as and when it matures.
