          Ld. Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 is present.

          Today is fixed for showing cause by the Appellant. But none appears on behalf of the Appellant on repeated calls.

          So, it appears that the Appellant has lost his interest to proceed with the appeal.

      Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed. The impugned Order No. 13 dt. 09.09.2021, passed by DCDRF, Kolkata Unit-I (North) dismissing the Complaint Case is upheld.

          Let a copy of this Order be sent to the Forum below. Jt. Registrar of this Commission is directed to do the needful accordingly.

          So, there shall be no order as to the costs.
