1.      R.P. No. 1471 of 2015 was decided by Order dated 28.05.2019 passed by Hon’ble Mr. Prem Narain, Presiding Member.

2.      This review application has been filed on 03.04.2023 by the respondent against the said Order dated 28.05.2019 of this Commission.

3.      The prescribed period of limitation to file for review is 30 days.

4.      The review application is heavily time-barred. Sufficient cause to condone the self-admitted delay of 1430 days is not visible. Moreover, the Hon’ble Presiding Member who passed the Order has also since demitted office.

5.      We find no reason evident to condone the delay and consider the heavily time-barred review application or to re-open and re-examine the matter in review. 

6.      The review application is dismissed.

7.      The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
