     Today is fixed for admission hearing. Ld. Advocate on behalf of the complainant is present. Heard her submission. Gone through the papers annexed with the complaint petition.

            According to the submission of the Ld. Advocate appeared for the complainant, the present complainant is the proprietor of the company for which the present complaint is filed and its business is trading i.e. buying and selling of iron forging Finishing. Complainant delivered the round steel article of ₹15,980/- to the O.P. vide invoice no SDST/G/14/21-22 Dated 03/02/2022 for finishing the said article without any payment by the O.P. to the complainant. When we go through the above stated invoice it is found that one steel article has been delivered weighing 183Kg valued @74/- per Kg. for which the value of the goats comes to ₹15980/- including G.S.T. This invoice clearly states that the complainant has sold the goods to the O.P. for a consideration of ₹15980/- . No documents has been provided for which we can come to the conclusion that the O.P. was bound to provide some service as defined in the C.P. Act 2019 to the complainant against some consideration. Hence the complaint petition is liable to be rejected being not admitted.

            Hence it is,

ORDERED

            that the complaint case no. CC/288/2023 be and the same is rejected being not admitted and without any cost.
