Mr. Harandra Kumar Sharma, Sr. Manager Customer care of the respondent is present.  Under instructions, he states that the matter may be remanded back to the State Commission for deciding the application of the complainant after hearing both sides.  He states that till the application of the complainant is decided by the State Commission, the respondent shall not transfer / create a third-party interest in the flat No. F-706 in “Aura Chimera” NH-58, Ghaziabad, (UP), if the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs. 20,00,000/- within a period of one month. 

2.      The impugned order is accordingly set aside and the application seeking an interim direction against the respondent is directed to be heard by the State Commission after receiving the reply of the respondent and after hearing their submissions.  The reply, if any shall be filed before the next date of hearing i.e. 08.01.2013.

          The Revision Petition stands disposed of at this stage itself.
