1.       Learned proxy counsel appearing for the appellants submits on instructions that the impugned Order dated 17.09.2021 has already been recalled by the State Commission, therefore, the appeal has been rendered infructuous.

2.       The learned proxy counsel further submits on instructions that in the wake of this development, the appellants do not want to pursue this appeal any more and wish to withdraw the same.

3.       In view of the above submissions the instant first appeal no. 721 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn, without the option to file it again before this Commission.

4.    The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the appeal and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
