Today is fixed for passing necessary order.

One application is filed by the complainant seeking disposal of the case on the ground that the grievance of the complainant has been met up by way of execution and registration of sale deed being effected by the Pleader Commissioner appointed by this Commission.

The application finds support from the copy of IGR which is lying with the record. It is submitted by the Ld. Advocate that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case in view of the development as pointed out above.

As such, the petition calls for action is thus disposed off on full satisfaction.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
