It is stated by the counsel for the complainant, vide separate statement, placed on file, that complainant has compromised the matter with the OP.1. The complainant returned the Atta Chakki Machine to OP.1 & OP.1 has issued cheque No. 428020 dated 18/05/2017 amounting to Rs. 22000/-, & he received above said cheque on behalf of complainant. Complainant does not want to persue this complaint further & he has been authorised by complainant to withdraw this complaint on her behalf & the complaint be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

 In view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for complainant, the complaint, in hand, is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file after its due completion be consigned to record room.
